The burning problem of the patch inductor in use is indeed a lot of problems mentioned. In fact, the patch inductor is not very hot in normal use. If it encounters such obvious temperature rise and fever, according to our past case experience, there are mainly the following three common situations:
(1) Perhaps it is because the coil diameter of the patch inductor is relatively small, because if the diameter is too small, the resistance of the patch inductor will increase. In this way, under a certain current effective value, the chip inductor is more likely to burn;
(2) It may also be caused by the saturation of the inductance of the patch, but the burning in this case is normal, so don't worry too much;
(3) It may be because there is a voltage with great vibration at both ends of the circuit of the chip inductor and it burns;
 
If the chip inductance is hot in use, it can be analyzed and checked from the above three aspects. In order to solve the problem of hot patch inductance, the following three methods can also be tried:
(1) It is a common method to design and install cooling fans to drive heat. For example, the heat dissipation of the fan can be seen on the main chassis of our computer;
(2) Coating heat dissipation coating on the inductor coil for cooling, such as coating silicone grease on the CPU of our computer for cooling;
(3) In addition to the above two methods, thermal impedance electronic components with high thermal conductivity can also be used. For example, when selecting the patch inductance, select the corresponding electronic components through the thermal impedance value of the patch inductance coil;
